When John F Kennedy said in one of his famous speeches, “ask not what the country can do for you, ask what you can do for the country”, little did he know that one Army officer from the 3 Kumaon Regiment would take this meaning to much greater heights.

This Officer is Colonel Narinder Kumar aka ‘ Bull Kumar’ who has lived by the above example and contributed immensely in the field of mountaineering by not only getting us Siachen but so many proud moments for which the nation is grateful and is extremely honoured and privileged that such a personality walks amongst us.
